What does it cost to be an Orbiter?+
Nothing. There's no fee, no course, and nothing to buy. Orbiters never pay Blue Ox — money only moves in your direction, and only when a deal closes.
Do I need a real estate license?+
No. You're not representing the seller or marketing the property — you're handing us a lead. We transact directly with the seller through title.
Do I need money to do this?+
No. You don't put up earnest money, closing costs, or marketing dollars. Your only cost is the time you spend finding leads. We fund every deal we close.
What if I'm brand new to land?+
Most Orbiters are. This is one of the cleanest ways to watch real deals go start to finish without risking capital. Submit what you find, ask questions, and learn from the deals as they move.
How fast does the packet arrive?+
